Exchanges and defects

Wrong size or a defect? Start from your order on the seller's site — exchanges, refunds and warranty decisions are made there, on that seller's terms.

• Old 42mm and new 42mm are different bodies — double-check before exchanging.
• Bands loosen slightly after a few wears.
• Keep the packaging until you're sure of the fit.
